George L. Harrington III
George began his career with Hilton Hotels Corporation after being hired out of the Hotel Program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He worked at six Hilton Corporate properties in the Rooms, Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing departments and served as a Director of Sales & Marketing, and Resident Manager of Hiltons Flagship property, the Palmer House in Chicago and its World Famous “Empire Room”. He opened Bally’s Park Place Casino Hotel, a 4 Diamond, and $350 million dollar project, as General Manager. He served as President of Merjan Hotels in La Jolla California and oversaw the operation of three Radisson, Holiday Inn and Express properties. He opened the Catamaran Resort Hotel, a 4 Diamond, $25 million dollar renovation as Vice President & General Manager. He also worked as Vice President Hotel Operations at Trump Plaza, a 5 Star/Diamond property & Trump World’s Fair Casino Hotels before opening his own restaurant, Georges on Fifth, voted “Best of the Best” Steakhouses by 600,000 San Diegans.
George earned his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Oregon and during the final years of the Vietnam War was decorated with a Bronze Star and three Air Medals while serving as a 1st Lieutenant with the 1st Air Cavalry Division.

Mark brings over 35 years of hotel management and sales and marketing experience. He has served as Director of Sales and Marketing at such prestigious properties as The Grand America Hotel – a luxury 5 Diamond property, Little America Hotel & Towers – a 4 Diamond property, Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, Westgate Hotel – a 4 Diamond historic hotel, the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa, San Diego’s North County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Howard Hughes Resorts. His experience includes luxury, midrange, and limited service hotels in Salt Lake City, Utah; San Diego, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; Flagstaff, Arizona; and Little America, Wyoming.
Mark and his team assisted in the preparation and hosting of the IOC for the 2002 Winter Olympics. His accomplishments include sales and marketing services for countless limited and full service properties. He has a proven track record of improving market segment acquisition, building aggressive and cohesive sales teams, and increasing hotel occupancy, ADR and revenue.
His strengths include business building and expansion, client relationship development, team building and leadership, profit and loss management, and strategic and marketing planning.
